I purchased this seat cover to customize my 2018 Kymco Like 200i scooter. The product arrived in a timely manner (one day earlier than expected) and the instructions were clear and easy-to-follow. There are searchable instructions at the manufacturer's web site as well as youtube. In other words, there is plenty of support backing up this product. Before you buy, I do encourage you to search on "cheeky seats," find their web site and look at pictures of real live scooters with their covers.The manufacturer (Cheeky Seats) alerts consumers that the product takes time to adapt itself to your seat (sunlight and use contribute to its fit). Remember, this is a cover and not a replacement seat. Upon first fitting, there is some tenting and wrinkling which means there are pockets of air between the original seat and the new cover. Wrinkling is temporary and appears as small folds that disappear with use. I only have about 50 miles of ride on this seat cover and I can see an improved fit.I did have trouble with the elastic on my seat cover, so I went to the manufacturer's web site and initiated a chat session with their staff. Suzy (the actual person who made my seat cover) helped me through some options to solve my problem. It is comforting to know that Cheeky Seats stands behind their product and remain available after the sale.Quality Product with Great Customer Service. I would eagerly buy from them again with confidence.
